For 30+ years Al's Construction & Landscape has served Palm Springs and Southern California as a general contractor and landscaping contractor, on both sides of the trade: the building and the grounds. We take on complex redevelopments and simple repairs with the same standard, because most of our work comes from people who hired us before.

Two trades under one point of contact. On the construction side that is new builds and room additions, kitchens and bathrooms, flooring and tile, and the concrete most jobs in this valley start with: stamped and colored slabs, exposed aggregate, driveways, curbs and sidewalks, patios, retaining walls and the demolition that clears the way for them. Outside the walls it is desertscapes and native planting, new lawns and sod, sprinkler and drip systems, palm tree trimming, topping and removal, low voltage and LED lighting, and the maintenance that keeps all of it alive through August. It starts with a phone call, or a message with a photo of the problem. Estimates are free on every job and nothing begins until a written one is in your hands. After that you get a schedule and one person to call, not a number that rings a dispatcher.
A single cracked walkway and a full redevelopment get the same standard, because most of this work comes from people who hired us before and from the neighbors they told. Homes, hotels, office spaces and gated communities all get the same crew, the same cleanup at the end of the day, and a walkthrough before the job is called finished.

Home base, and where both trades dispatch from. That is why the small jobs still make sense in town: a cracked walkway, a concrete repair, an irrigation valve that will not close. If you are in Palm Springs, the drive is nothing and the estimate is still free.
Down valley the work runs to residential and gated community projects, hotel and office space grounds, and resort landscaping. Desert planting and drip irrigation carry most of it, with hardscape, masonry and concrete underneath. Room additions, new kitchens and stamped patios come from the same crew.
Over the pass, the Inland Empire cities are mostly residential construction, hardscape and landscape: concrete and retaining walls, fences and gates, planting and irrigation.
